Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The present terms and conditions are ruled by Spanish Law. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute caused by the interpretation or application of the present terms and conditions or those related to the usage of this web site, Carpintería Diseño Mañeru and the user, agree, expressly waiving their own or any other venue that may correspond to them, to definitively resolve by means of Arbitration of Laws, to be held in the city of Pamplona in compliance with the Arbitration Law of 5 of December 1988.
Both parts undertake the acceptance and fulfillment of the decision taken by the arbitration, and if this decision needs to be formalized or executed by the judge, in the event that the arbitration is not put into effect by mutual agreement of the parties, or by being declared null, both parts, waiving their own venue if any, agree to abide the Courts and Tribunals legally qualified for the jurisdiction of Carpintería Diseño Mañeru.
